Medicine Man is a comic book superhero created by Joseph Perez. It dealt with a man called Ted Tableton who got frustrated from work, until he swallowed a magical tablet that was given to him from an actual wise old Native American Medicine man, which transformed him into a superhero named after the shaman`s title, Medicine Man. His partners are, Jeff, a TV, camera, and computer butler, Patty Pharmela, Antidote Man, The Pimple, Medicine Girl, Leuk Lad, and eventually Mary-Annegitis. His rogues gallery of enemies (which are all disease-based and symptom-based) included, Dr. Virus, Professor Prion, Twistache Mc. Lackey, The Amoeba Monster, Dr. Chickenhead, Igloo Head, Scarletina, Willows the Witch, The Wild Hog, Solar Head, Airo, Vento, Cancerous, The Black Death, The Toxic Triad, consisting of Snake, Box, and Recluse, The Wave, Fungal Menace, The Polluter, Tapeworm, Rabies Rabbit, Bronchitisaur, Captain Scurvbeard (counting his unhatched parrot Bad Egg), Scurvy's pirates including: Bad Apple, Bucaneer Banana, Wheelhead Melonhead, Crow's Cherry, EyePlant, Pumpkin Patch, Observer, and Coco Crook, The Agent, Leuk-Leak, The Filthy Vultures, Astro Notgood, The Pachyderm, Queen Mosquito, Mad Monkey, Avian Aviator, Hoarse Horse, Balloon Head, Blurred Eyes, Heptanus, Mad Ma Cow, The Louse, C.G.D., The Yawner, The Persuader, Lamb Thing, K.D., Dust Bunny, Mal I' Tosis, Bio Hazard, Count V-Pire, King Vi-Ruk, Wulfuron, The Cook Crook, Measle Weasel, The Hot Rod, Mecha Fountain, Buckhead, The Swinger, and the recently banned Seizure, which have either been killed or sent to Healall Prison. The only exception is Anti-Body, who is themed on a cell, and is an Anti-hero of the comic.
